PINE’s in-house services and amenities include tables, chairs, two private client rooms, a catering kitchen, beverage, and a team of expert event planners. Located directly across from Triple C Brewing Company in the South End neighborhood of Charlotte, the 10,000 square foot building provides a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. The venue features a 4,400 square foot banquet hall, an outdoor patio, and a floor to ceiling glass wall to view their seven-barrel brewhouse. Other features include its exposed brick walls, whiskey barrel décor, industrial ceilings, and a pallet wood style bar with 20 taps to mirror the Triple C tasting room.

The Palmer Building

THE PALMER BUILDING

Located just 10 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, The Palmer Building is a one stop shop for individuals and businesses alike. The rubble stone structure was built in the late 1930's during President Roosevelt's Works Progress Administration in an effort to employ people in the midst of the great depression. It then served as a firefighters training academy, and today stands as a unique gathering place for Charlotteans.
