Built in 1850, the historic homestead was established by Adam Ivy using the value of a single piece of gold dust earned from a local gold mine. The Ivy Place is nestled on 33 acres of land and located about 45 minutes south of Charlotte in Lancaster, SC. Their spacious 4,400 square foot event tent has covered arbors, high sides, and cathedral windows that offer a panoramic view of the property. There are numerous photo opportunities with old barns, fields, ponds, and gardens to capture your amazing day in a beautiful setting.
