After graduation from the Culinary Institute of America in New York City, James began his career with Le Chantilly as a Saucier. After six years as Executive Chef with Best Impressions Caterers, James' attitude toward food inspires the rest of our team to provide the ultimate in culinary perfection. He is a proud member of the American Culinary Federation.
