Cassi Cardwell

Cassi is the first full-time baking and pastry chef on the Best Impressions team. After graduating from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill she went on to get her Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University. As a member of Women Chefs & Restauranteurs and the American Culinary Federation (ACF) she is constantly challenging herself to improve.
